Cancellation Policy
You can cancel most orders on HairOnes before they are dispatched. Once an order enters the packing or shipping stage, cancellation is no longer possible and the Exchange Policy applies instead.
When you can cancel
You can cancel any non-customised order at any time before it is marked as Shipped in My Orders. Prepaid amounts are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customised orders
Custom hair systems, custom wigs, custom toppers, and any product marked 'Made to Order' cannot be cancelled once production has started, because they are manufactured to your exact specifications.
Cancellation by HairOnes
In rare cases, HairOnes or the seller may cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or non-serviceable pincodes. In such cases you receive a full refund and a support notification.
How to cancel
Open My Orders → select the order → Cancel Order. If the button is not visible, the order has already progressed and you must use the Exchange Policy for eligible items.
Frequently asked questions
