HairOnes is an AI-powered online marketplace operated from Bangalore, India, exclusively for the hair industry. We connect verified sellers, salons, and businesses with buyers of hair patches, wigs, extensions, toppers, and related products and services.

HairOnes acts as a technology platform. Contracts of sale for third-party seller products are between the buyer and the seller.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law to use HairOnes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, misuse promotions, or harm other users.

Product listings, pricing, availability, and specifications on HairOnes are provided by sellers or by HairOnes Fulfilled operations. We take reasonable care, but do not warrant that every listing is error-free.

Buyers agree to provide accurate delivery information. Sellers agree to comply with our Seller Policy, quality standards, and applicable law.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partners; HairOnes does not store your full card details.

GST invoices are issued for eligible orders in accordance with Indian tax law. Business buyers may register a GSTIN to receive input-tax-credit invoices.

Delivery timelines depend on product type, seller location, and pincode serviceability. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed dates. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

Because hair products are hygiene products, HairOnes operates an Exchange-Only policy for eligible items and does not offer refunds except in the specific cases described in our Refund Policy. All buyers are covered by the HairOnes Buyer Protection Program.

The HairOnes name, logo, design system, AI Studio, editorial content, and platform code are the intellectual property of HairOnes and its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or create derivative works without written permission.

HairOnes AI features — including the AI Hair Advisor, AI Hair Studio try-ons, and AI Concierge — are provided for guidance and inspiration only. AI outputs are not medical, cosmetic, or professional advice. Consult a qualified specialist before making decisions about hair loss treatment or hair systems.

You agree not to use HairOnes for fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, resale of counterfeit hair goods, harvesting personal data, interfering with the platform, or violating any applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HairOnes' aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to HairOnes for the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
