Order data: products purchased, prices, invoices, tracking, and support tickets.

AI Studio data: photos you upload for try-ons and consultations, along with derived measurements and preferences.

Device & usage data: IP address, browser, device identifiers, pages visited, and interaction events used for analytics and fraud prevention.

To operate the marketplace, process orders and payments, deliver goods, provide customer support, personalise recommendations, power AI features, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve HairOnes.

We use first-party cookies for authentication, cart, and preferences, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand product usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

We share data with payment processors, logistics partners, verified sellers (only what is needed to fulfil your order), cloud infrastructure providers, and law-enforcement authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Photos uploaded to AI Studio are processed to generate try-ons and consultations. They are stored securely, associated with your account, and are never used for advertising or shared with sellers.

We retain personal data as long as your account is active and for the period required by law (for example, tax records for eight years). You can request deletion at any time.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by writing to privacy@hairones.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

HairOnes uses TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access control, audit logging, and periodic security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

HairOnes is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
