Product Authenticity
Every hair product on HairOnes goes through an authenticity workflow — from seller vetting to random quality inspections — so buyers know exactly what they are getting.
Authenticity checks
• Verified suppliers only — every seller is GST- and identity-verified. • Material verification — 100% human hair, synthetic, or blend is declared and audited. • Origin disclosure — Indian, Chinese, European, or Brazilian origin declared where applicable. • Random sample testing — HairOnes QA pulls samples for burn test, tangle test, shed test. • Batch traceability — each HairOnes Fulfilled batch has an internal QC identifier.
Quality inspection process
Products entering our Bangalore facility are inspected for lace/base quality, knotting, colour consistency, weft strength, packaging integrity, and hygiene. Failed batches are rejected and never reach a buyer.
Counterfeit prevention
Sellers found listing counterfeit or misrepresented products are delisted immediately, blocked from future onboarding, and reported to the relevant authorities where required.
Reporting a concern
If you suspect a product is not authentic, email trust@hairones.com with the order ID, photos, and a short description. We investigate every report within 3 business days.
