HairOnes ships across India through trusted logistics partners. Timelines and charges depend on the fulfilment type, seller location, and destination pincode.

Delivery timelines

• HairOnes Fulfilled (Bangalore): same-day or next business day where possible. • HairOnes Fulfilled (Metro cities): 2–4 business days. • HairOnes Fulfilled (Rest of India): 4–7 business days. • Verified Seller shipped: seller-specific timeline shown on the product page and at checkout.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout. Below the threshold, a flat fee applies based on your delivery pincode. Express shipping, where available, is charged at actuals.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also track any order in real time from My Orders.

Packaging

Every HairOnes-fulfilled order is packaged in discreet, tamper-evident packaging with a quality inspection sticker. If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, refuse delivery or record a video before opening and contact support within 24 hours.

International shipping

HairOnes currently ships within India only. International shipping to select countries is coming soon and will be announced on the homepage.
