Quality Policy

HairOnes maintains a documented quality standard for every product that moves through our warehouse and every seller that ships from ours. This page describes what we check, how often, and what happens when a product fails.

Incoming inspection

Every inbound batch to our Bangalore facility is inspected for material match, weight, colour accuracy, lace/base quality, knotting quality, weft strength, and hygiene. A QC record is created before the batch goes live.

Packaging inspection

Before dispatch, each parcel is checked for correct SKU, correct size/shade, invoice inclusion, tamper-evident sealing, and discreet packaging. A QC sticker is applied to every HairOnes Fulfilled parcel.

Damage inspection

Any product returned during an exchange goes through a damage inspection before restocking or scrapping. Products that fail the inspection are removed from inventory.

Seller quality grading

Sellers are graded continuously on defect rate, exchange rate, response time, and buyer ratings. Sellers below the minimum grade for two consecutive months are placed on a probation plan.

Customer satisfaction

We track post-delivery CSAT and net promoter score by seller and by category. Feedback loops from these signals directly influence catalogue curation and seller ranking.
