You can safely install a hair patch at home with practice. Give yourself 45 minutes the first time.

Prep the scalp
Shave the bonding area to 0.5mm. Cleanse with alcohol prep wipes to remove oils.

Apply scalp protector
Brush a thin layer of scalp protector over the shaved area. Let dry 2 minutes.

Apply adhesive
Apply 2–3 coats of Ghost Bond or Walker Tape adhesive. Wait for each coat to turn from white to clear.

Position the patch
Align the front hairline first, then press down from front to back.

Press firmly
Press the perimeter with a damp cloth for 60 seconds to activate the bond.

Style
Comb, cut, and style as needed. Avoid water for the first 24 hours.
