Tape Attachment Installation Guide
Step-by-step tape bonding, from scalp prep to final blending.
Applies to: Tape-attached hair patches and systems
Prepare the scalp
Shave or trim the attachment zone, cleanse with an alcohol-based prep and dry completely. Any oil or moisture halves the hold.
Apply the tape
Apply tape strips along the perimeter of the base with a 2mm gap between strips. Do not overlap.
Position the unit
Place the front contour first, four fingers above the brow line, then press outward toward the sides and back to avoid air bubbles.
Set and blend
Press firmly for 30 seconds along the perimeter, wait 20 minutes before wetting, then trim and blend the hairline.
