Coverage
Where a seller offers a warranty, it covers manufacturing defects such as base separation, knot failure at delivery and incorrect specification against the listing.
Not covered
Normal wear, colour fade from sun and chlorine, heat damage, damage from unsuitable products, and any unit that has been cut, coloured or chemically treated after delivery.

How to claim
Raise the claim from your order page within the warranty window with photographs of the defect. Claims are handled by the selling merchant, with HairOnes mediating disputes under the buyer protection policy.
